How to return goods?

2. For the goods purchased on this site, please initiate a return in your account - order -. After submission, we will review it as soon as possible. Will you replenish items that are "out of stock"?

How to cancel an order?

Customers navigate to Account--Orders, and there will be a "Cancel" button after eligible orders. Click to cancel. For items that have already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. If there are quality issues with the product, please contact customer service for resolution.
