1. For goods you purchased on other platforms, please contact the corresponding platform to return them.
2. For the goods purchased on this site, please initiate a return in your account - order -. After submission, we will review it as soon as possible. After passing the review, we will send a return mailing list to your email. Please send the product back to the corresponding address. After we receive the product, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible. Generally, you will receive the payment within 3-5 working days.
If you are interested in purchasing a product that is "out of stock", please click "Arrival Reminder" and we will arrange replenishment as soon as possible.
Customers navigate to Account--Orders, and there will be a "Cancel" button after eligible orders. Click to cancel. For items that have already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. If there are quality issues with the product, please contact customer service for resolution.
